£26,000 Our established client is looking for a HR Officer to join their HR team. The ideal candidate will have 1 year’s experience in HR and a good understanding of implementing HR policies. This is more than an administrative post; it is a fantastic opportunity for someone wishing to turbocharge their career and become involved in an HR advisory role, working for a national brand. Your role will be to signpost managers to appropriate HR policies and procedures, providing day-to-day employee support with a focus on sickness, absence, and grievance processes. The position will involve working closely with the rest of the HR team in an environment that supports employee growth and progression. Main Responsibilities:

Work collaboratively with managers to ensure correct handling of disciplinary, grievance, capability, absence management, and other HR procedures. Be a proactive member of the HR team, supporting the Head of HR as required to meet business objectives. Assist with employee relations, managing employee absences, and ensuring internal processes are followed as per policy. Assist with Ad Hoc Projects. Write outcome letters. Provide a neutral HR presence in the business, offering invaluable HR services to managers and employees. Qualifications:

1 year HR experience and experience with the disciplinary process. CIPD Level 3 is desirable but not essential. Excellent interpersonal skills and strong communication abilities. This job is based in the office and does not offer hybrid working, but provides the chance to work in a team environment where you will learn invaluable skills to advance your HR career.
