We therefore need someone to take full ownership of recruitment processes from initial scoping through to offer negotiations and pre-employment checks. The successful candidate will work closely with hiring managers, the Marketing team and HR to ensure our talent acquisition processes are robust and effective, ultimately enabling us to continue to build a capable, high-performing team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a genuine passion for working with people. Key Responsibilities: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process Manage the candidate experience, ensuring a positive and engaging experience for all candidates Provide HR support and guidance to employees on a variety of HR-related topics Support HR Business Partners (HRBPs) with HR-related activities and administrative tasks, as needed Keep up to date with latest recruitment trends and technology, and continuously improve processes Ensure that recruitment processes and policies remain compliant with UK employment legislation Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or CIPD level 5 qualified min Previous experience in a similar role Strong knowledge of employment law Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Passion for building relationships and providing exceptional customer service Additional Skills Required: Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) Experience with social media recruiting Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Experience conducting right to work checks Use of online job platforms and CV Searching tools/platforms Experience within a manufacturing or similar SME business Experience using HRIS (ours is PeopleHR so knowledge of this would be highly advantageous) Words to describe the ideal character: Positive and professional High attention to detail Engaging writing style Persuasive and influential, but in a ‘consultative’ approach style to win confidence Robust in character, driven and ambitious Collaborative Analytical and commercially astute If you feel this role looks right for you and you feel you can contribute to our Business Growth Plans and want to join our team, it’s time to get your application started.
