About the Role:

From managing payroll and employee benefits to championing staff wellbeing and fostering positive employee relations, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact. About You:

Qualifications:

CIPD qualified (Level 3 or above) or relevant experience. Experience:

Proven HR generalist experience across the full HR remit, including payroll administration and management (or working with an outsourced payroll service). Expertise:

Strong knowledge in performance management, reward & remuneration, payroll, employee relations, engagement, EDI, wellbeing, HR policy, talent management, and L&D. Passion:

You will be a collaborative team player with strong relationship management and interpersonal skills, committed to supporting a positive employee experience across all levels of the organisation.
