apply below! Key Responsibilities: Assist with training, inductions, succession planning, and career development initiatives. Administer payroll, manage employee records, ensure GDPR compliance, and support managers with disciplinary and grievance processes. Collate HR reports, analyse trends, and recommend improvements. Oversee recruitment processes, manage on-boarding/off-boarding, and promote a positive employee experience. Provide advice on HR policies, support performance management cycles, and ensure compliance with employment legislation, including annual monitoring and GDPR. Essential Criteria: CIPD or HR qualification 2+ years generalist HR experience Desirable: HR background in construction, manufacturing, engineering, FMCG or industrial environment.
