Our busy Manufacturing client in the Newry area requires a

HR Officer

to join their team. Are you? Degree qualified in Human Resources (or related) OR CIPD qualification with previous relevant HR experience. A self-starter who has the ability to deliver excellent results. Detail-oriented with the ability to provide high levels of accuracy in all work. Do you have? Excellent IT / Systems experience. Excellent customer/client service skills. Proven ability to work well as a member of a team, as well as the ability to work independently. Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external contacts at all levels. Responsibilities: Participate in and lead various HR projects such as end to end recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and training and development. Work closely with internal departments, offering advice and assistance to department managers on various HR issues, ensuring prompt resolution of queries. Manage employee relations issues, resolving disagreements, investigating complaints, and working with affected parties. Administer the starter/leaver process including all documentation, contracts, offer letters, induction process, and exit interviews. Maintain employment data in the company database. Assist with the hiring process. Create staff handbooks and newsletters. Coordinate logistics for new hire orientations. Update employee holiday and sickness records. To discuss this
