Job Description Deliver PX support across EMEA, managing cases in ServiceNow to ensure excellent customer experience and SLA compliance. Identify case trends to drive process improvements, support self-service, and streamline workflows. Oversee family leave, flexible working, and benefits processes, coordinating with managers and employees as needed. Lead onboarding and pre-employment checks, ensuring compliance with policies and data protection standards. Maintain accurate records in Workday, and produce employee documentation promptly. Build strong relationships with colleagues and escalate unresolved issues appropriately. The Successful Applicant A successful HR Advisor should have: PX/HR Advisory experience with strong knowledge of HR policies, processes, and legal principles across the UK and EMEA. Fluent in English and German. Team-oriented approach, collaborating effectively to achieve results and deliver an excellent service within SLAs. Ability to identify and implement process improvements, with a proactive and curious mindset to understand both the "how" and "why." Confidence in leading onboarding sessions, creating a positive first impression for new hires. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and capability to prioritize a demanding workload. Expertise in UK right-to-work compliance, along with familiarity with systems like Workday or ServiceNow (preferred). What's on Offer An estimated salary range of £45,000 - £50,000 per annum.
