As the HR Operations Lead - Europe, you will shape the developing regional operational team delivering and coordinating employee life cycle changes and upholding local compliance regulation across the Region. Reporting to the Global People Services Operations Director, you will be part of the wider HR Operations team, responsible for delivering a range of employee services. This position encompasses both client relationship management and operational oversight.

Responsibilities, other duties may be assigned: Define and improve HR processes such as onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, and employee data changes to ensure efficient, scalable, and standardized operations across the organization. Identify, design, and implement process improvement strategies to enhance HR service delivery, reduce redundancies, and improve turnaround times. Apply best practices and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) to elevate the team's operational performance. Ensure all administration processes comply with applicable labor laws and regulatory requirements. Leverage HR performance metrics, KPIs, and dashboards to make data-driven insights/decisions, operational adjustments and optimize service delivery. Act as a champion for continuous improvement by proactively seeking out inefficiencies. Partner with Process Excellence team to implement enhancements. Maximize the use of HR technology and tools to streamline processes, automate repetitive tasks, and drive efficiency. Partner with Tech teams to implement enhancements and troubleshoot issues. Work in tandem with global partners to ensure integrated service delivery and a cohesive approach to HR processes. Lead or contribute to HR projects and strategic initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals. Provide training sessions and mentoring to HR Ops team members, fostering a culture of learning and development with a focus on operational excellence and best practices. Additional Responsibilities: Manage operations and processes related to EOR employees, processes, reporting, and compliance. Define, update and maintain SOPs and SLAs and proactively ensure the team adherence. Collaborate with internal COEs and Partners across different regions to effectively respond and educate on regional and country specific needs. Ensure caseload, priorities, and work distribution of the team allows for SLA adherence, career development, and backup capability. Maintain data integrity on various internal applications. Utilize data monitoring tools to anticipate and plan for peaks in transactional activity. Set development objectives for team members aligned with capability gaps, and wider team training plans. Support individuals to develop and achieve objectives through regular performance conversations. Develop and maintain relationships with multiple stakeholders to share information, resolve problems and ensure efficient delivery of transactional activity. These include staff, line managers, HR teams and third-party providers. Provide advice to managers and employees on HR policy, and work with HR colleagues to resolve complex queries. Manage HR projects such as policy updates, HR data protection, and support for acquisitions or corporate finance activities. Ensure adherence to HR processes in activities like annual compensation and performance management. Assist in HR and annual audits. Qualifications, Skills & Experience: Workday HRIS. Advanced degree in Human Resources, Business, or relevant field. Additional certifications in HR preferable. 8+ years of Leading HR operations experience. 5+ years of Team Leadership experience. Vendor management experience. Experience working with compliance agencies and deadlines. Relevant experience in change management. Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth business. Strong ability to build trust and work collaboratively with all levels and stakeholders in a complex, high-touch organization. Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail maintaining a reputation for high quality work. Strong analytical skills and executive presence - must be able to present/facilitate.
