They have a strong UK market presence and are also expanding across the US currently, so there’s never been a better time to look at joining them. The HR Project & Systems Manager is responsible for managing HR initiatives and optimizing the PeopleXD HRIS to support strategic HR goals. This role splits time between leading HR projects, from planning and execution to quality assurance, and serving as the main point of contact for PeopleXD, enhancing system functionality, automating processes, and providing data-driven insights. Working closely with internal stakeholders and 3rd party vendors, the HR Project & Systems Manager ensures effective project delivery, seamless system integration, and a streamlined, user-friendly HRIS experience. The role will be based out of their Barton-upon-Humber offices, with occasional travel to manufacturing sites. Lead HR projects from start to finish, including process improvements, policy updates, and employee engagement. Develop project plans, timelines, and resources, ensuring adherence to time, budget, and quality standards. Partner with HR stakeholders to define project requirements, objectives, and alignment with strategic HR goals. Identify and mitigate risks/issues in projects, escalating to senior HR leadership as needed and provide regular process updates to stakeholders. Ensure project outputs meet quality standards through testing and review phases. Partner with PeopleXD to develop a strategic roadmap for system enhancements, collaborating regularly with the Account Manager and Customer Success Manager to stay updated on new functionalities and best practices. Analyze how PeopleXD integrates with existing HR processes, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and exploring further integration opportunities to enhance process flow. Work with HR stakeholders and end-users to gather feedback on system usage, prioritizing enhancements that improve user experience and align with HR goals. Lead training sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure users are fully equipped to maximize system capabilities. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with relevant regulations within PeopleXD, implement regular checks and audits to maintain high data standards and provide insights to assist in strategy development. HR Operations Manager – Required Skills

Project Management certification (PRINCE2) is essential. Proven experience in HR project management, ideally with a background in HRIS management. Expertise in HR systems (PeopleXD experience preferred) with a strong understanding of HR processes and best practices. Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting. A full UK driving license is required for occasional travel to manufacturing sites. As HR Operations Manager, you’ll be joining a people-centric company that is enjoying exponential growth.
