HR Operations Manager & Employee Engagement Champion
Location:
* Office-based in Bradford, UK
* Salary: Up to £35k per annum, dependent on experience
* Hours: Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours per week
* Flexibility: One day WFH after a 3-month training period

Your Role Includes:
Managing end-to-end HR operations, ensuring processes run smoothly. Being the first point of contact for HR support for employees and managers. Maintaining accurate personnel records and ensuring HR systems are up-to-date. Line-managing the HR Assistant and Facilities Coordinator. Collaborating with the Head of HR on exciting local and global HR projects. Driving employee engagement as the dedicated champion for the EU & UK region.
What You'll Be Responsible For: Overseeing HR processes, including recruitment, payroll, and employee relations. Ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. Providing expert HR advice and guidance to the team. Managing the HR ticket system and preparing insightful monthly reports. Conducting staff inductions and managing pre-employment checks. Supporting office management duties, including health & safety compliance.
What We're Looking For: Proven experience in HR operations. A relevant HR qualification (CIPD Level 3 or equivalent preferred). Strong skills in MS Office and HR systems. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities. A trustworthy professional who can handle confidential information with ease. A proactive, problem-solving mindset that thrives under pressure.
