My client is an award-winning group of staffing specialists looking for a HR Operations Manager to join their team in Glasgow.

This role will be 100% office based. Role Overview:

The HR Operations Manager will be responsible for managing and personally delivering an excellent operational HR service to the Group. The HR Operations Manager will manage two HR Advisors and one HR Administrator and will have responsibility for the delivery and oversight of a broad range of HR activities associated with the employment cycle. The HR Operations Manager will lead the provision of a high quality and responsive HR Service, ensuring that the operations team is actively engaged in the continuous improvement of all HR Operations. This is a broad role, and the HR Operations Manager will be responsible for hands-on delivery as well as team management to deliver the responsibilities set out below and act as the first point of contact for employee and manager queries. The HR Operations Manager will be a role model and champion for the Group's Service Principles. Key Responsibilities:

Lead the team, to ensure delivery of an excellent and accurate HR operations service to the group. Act as a role model for HR team, coaching and developing team members to ensure high performance and potential. Develop and implement new company policies. Manage and oversee the onboarding and offboarding process. Manage the administration of reward changes including promotions, salary reviews, bonuses, and other incentives. Work with Head of HR on delivery of key projects. Oversee Health and Safety Activity to ensure compliance with legislation. Own and develop HR reporting and analytics. Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures. Proficient in HR software and systems. Attention to detail and accuracy in data management and reporting. Knowledge of Employment legislation. Experience & Qualifications:

Proven track record as a HR Operations Manager or equivalent role. Experience of operating in a busy, broad and diverse role, with a mix of team management and delivering hands-on administration and advice. Previous experience of people management is essential. A subject matter expert for the HR team and line managers on HR Policies and employee relations. The successful candidate will be experienced in providing expert advice and coaching on ER issues to people managers.
