Lead a small team – currently 2 HR Assistants, a HRIS Systems Administrator and a Payroll Specialist - to deliver core HR operational services, including employee lifecycle management, compliance, benefits and HR systems optimisation post go-live. Partner with stakeholders, including senior leaders, to address operational requirements and deliver high-quality HR services. Facilitate the development of operating procedures and service standards to ensure high quality and consistent HR service delivery. Review and update company policies in line with legislation changes. Manage and oversee the onboarding and offboarding process. Manage the administration of reward changes including promotions, salary reviews, bonuses, and other incentives. Work closely with the HR Director on delivery of key projects. Own and develop HR reporting and analytics. Keep up to date with changes to legislation to ensure company policies are compliant with UK legislation. Ensure data accuracy, compliance with GDPR, and robust reporting to inform decision-making. Act as the central enabler for CoE and BP teams, supporting strategic initiatives with operational insights and expertise. What We’re Looking For
Collaborative & forward-thinking leaders who take a proactive and results-oriented approach. Proven experience in HR operations and payroll management, with a strong understanding of UK employment law and compliance. Experience of working in a similar capacity within the Motorsport, automotive, or high-performance engineering sector. Experience in overseeing headcount/workforce planning processes. Strong knowledge of UK employment law and payroll regulations, including HMRC guidelines. Strong proficiency in HR systems, data management and optimisation, leveraging technology for process improvement. Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels. Experience managing and developing a high-performing HR operations team.
