Telford, Hybrid working About Our Client PageGroup is excited to support a highly successful distribution business based in Telford with the appointment of a HR Operations Manager to join a busy HR team.
This role offers hybrid working - circa 3-4 days per week in the office. Job Description Reporting to a People Director, the role of HR Operations Manager is a busy and fast-paced role.
Duties will include but are not limited to: Lead the Human Resources team in the day-to-day operations. Proactively manage and resolve high-volume, complex employee relations issues. Take responsibility for change management projects including redundancies, restructures, and TUPE. Oversee the company employee engagement survey and subsequent initiatives. Oversee data analysis and reporting for strategic decision making. Drive continuous improvement in HR processes and systems. Promote a positive company culture. Collaborate with other divisions of the HR function. The Successful Applicant Ideal candidates for this role will have a proven background in HR Operations including employee relations, redundancies, and TUPE projects.
