This role has been created to drive continuous improvement within their UK & Ireland HR operations, ensuring best-in-class support for their workforce. Reporting into the Head of HR Centre, this role will manage and develop a team of HR Administrators, ensuring the efficient delivery of HR Operations and benefits administration across the UK and Ireland. You will oversee key employee lifecycle processes, ensure compliance with audit standards, and lead on policy development and process improvements. The role also involves monitoring performance metrics, driving continual improvement initiatives, and supporting reward processes to enhance the organisation’s operational effectiveness. You will be an experienced professional with a strong background in HR operations or shared services, including experience of managing and developing teams. Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive, you have expertise in driving innovation in HR technology, policy creation, and process optimisation. You are an energetic and positive leader, with ability to build lasting relationships at all levels and have the drive and determination to ensure the function continues to thrive and add value.
