Being the ER lead within the team and advising colleagues and managers on disciplinaries, grievances, absence management processes and capability
Oversee the recruitment and onboarding processes across the organisation, working closely with the Recruitment Consultant
Producing KPI’s and by exception reports for the Director of People & Culture
Manage the Learning Management System and training schedule
Working alongside the Director of People on key projects including succession planning and reward.
It is essential that you have previous experience of working within a HR partner/advisor role and have working knowledge of employment legislation and recruitment best practice. You will have strong administration and IT skills, be well organised, proactive and have a professional approach.
This role is ideal for someone looking to add value to the HR function and gain exposure to a full HR generalist role. This role is a hybrid role with 2 days at home and 3 days in the office. Full-time hours: Monday to Thursday 9am-5pm and Fridays 9am-4:30pm.

Salary: £30,000 – £34,000 depending on experience
Hybrid Working: 2 days at home and 3 days office-based
37 hours a week contract for a fixed period of 12 months
