HR Operations delivers high-quality value-added services for M&G Plc. This role is an integral part of the Payroll Team. The HR/Payroll Advisor will join a supportive and collaborative team to deliver a variety of payroll activities and respond to employee pay queries. Key Responsibilities for this role:
To provide accurate and timely Payroll Processing for In House UK Payroll To participate in key BAU and Project runway activity within UK Payroll Team Support on Annual and ad-hoc Audit activity Help ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations Provide support and guidance to colleagues on payroll related matters and queries Keep up to date with Payroll / HR related regulations Key Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
Eagerness to learn and grow in Payroll and HR functions Working knowledge of IT Programmes including MS Word and MS Excel Attention to Detail required with proven numerical skills Ability to connect, build rapport and deliver an excellent service Excellence in Execution by proactively seeking ways to improve personal and organisational effectiveness to meet current and future business needs Qualifications:
