Are you an experienced, part time, HR, Payroll and Recruitment Manager looking to progress your career working with some of the world’s largest brands? A global technology company focusing on digital transformation is looking for a talented HR, Payroll and Recruitment Manager to join their growing team on a part time basis in St Albans. The company is working with some of the world’s largest businesses, and their people-centric focus is the secret to their success. This new role will form an integral part of the HR administration team across the whole UK business, ensuring compliance with all employee-related policies and procedures, undertaking specialist and generalist HR and payroll tasks, and ensuring everything is in line with legislation and best practice. What you will do as a HR, Payroll and Recruitment Manager:

Provide support, guidance, and advice for management regarding employee relations. Develop HR initiatives, implement these across the business, draft policies and procedures for review, and coordinate annual appraisals. Prepare, check, input, and process payroll for over 50 employees including payroll journals for review. HR month end reporting. Assist with internal and external recruitment. Line Management Experience. What you will need as a HR, Payroll and Recruitment Manager:

Experience in a HR, Payroll and Recruitment Manager role. Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment. Highly organised with good attention to detail and excellent communication skills. Experience in Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel. What you will get in return:
