We are recruiting for one of our key clients in the Bridgend area for an experienced HR and Payroll Officer to join a busy engineering office. Main Responsibilities: Assist the HR & Payroll Manager in all aspects of HR and Payroll. Prepare and execute weekly and monthly payroll. Manage employee HR documentation and onboarding of new starters. Provide employee welfare support and process timesheets. Resolve HR and Payroll queries. Assist with holiday and absence management. Required Skills and Qualifications: Previous experience in HR and Payroll. Good working knowledge of MS Office. High degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Excellent organizational skills to manage time effectively and meet deadlines. Strong and effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to cope well under pressure and work both independently and as part of a small team. Demonstrate initiative in tasks and responsibilities. Working Hours:
