The HR Operations team at Sirona has a great opportunity for an experienced Employee Relations HR professional to support the team with complex casework including disciplinaries, grievances, performance, and long-term sickness. You will be exposed to a wide range of issues and will need to be able to juggle competing priorities and have the confidence to challenge senior managers regarding the approach being taken and to confidently advise on process and potential legal challenges.
There will also be opportunities to get involved in other areas of HR Operations including policy development and manager training.
Responsibilities
As an HR People Partner, with expertise in Employee Relations, you will play a crucial role in managing complex casework, including disciplinaries, grievances, performance, and long-term sickness. Your responsibilities will include:
Expert Casework Support: Utilise your experience in supporting ER casework, attending investigation meetings, sitting on panels, managing paperwork related to cases, and holding a high ER caseload of diverse and challenging issues. Prioritise and Juggle: Handle competing priorities skilfully, ensuring effective resolution of cases while maintaining a high standard of quality and compliance. Confident Adviser: Challenge senior managers when necessary, providing confident advice on process and potential legal challenges, contributing to fair and legally compliant outcomes.
