Manage UK payroll escalations, tax compliance, and annual audits in collaboration with third-party providers. Design and implement HR policies, ensuring alignment with company practices and local legislation. Oversee benefits programs, including health, fringe benefits, and employee rewards, while maintaining vendor relationships and cost efficiency. Manage and deliver Health & Wellbeing initiatives, collaborating with healthcare providers to support employees. Continuously improve HR processes to enhance administrative efficiency and effectiveness. Your Profile: Bachelor’s degree or HR certification required. 4+ years of HR experience with exposure to all key HR processes (e.g., Talent, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations). Strong proficiency in data management and Excel (e.g., V-lookups, advanced formulas). Detail-oriented with a passion for systems and analytics. Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships across teams. Experience managing projects and driving implementation. Resilient, proactive, and a collaborative team player.
