£31,167 per annum (Professional Services Grade 7) Contractual Hours:

We are a team of 12 who work closely together in a great work environment. We have the flexibility to work full time in the office or in a hybrid way, ensuring that we are together in the office up to 3 days a week. The team is friendly and supportive and this role will sit within the HR Services Team, led by the HR Services Lead. HR Project Coordinator - The Role:

This is an opportunity to get involved in supporting an exciting project the College are embarking on involving changing Payroll, HR and Recruitment systems and launching a new Learning Management system. We need someone to support the HR Services Lead by picking up some of the day-to-day HR and recruitment tasks, as well as supporting the systems projects and the project management process. Due to the start date of the project we are looking for someone to start as soon as possible, ideally in January. HR Project Coordinator - Key Responsibilities:

Provide support with the fulfilment of day-to-day HR and recruitment tasks and the successful implementation of new HR, recruitment, payroll (including expenses and timesheets) and learning management systems and the closure of current systems. Provide project support and coordination. Support the development, implementation and documenting of efficient administrative systems and processes to support the needs of the team. Lead on the preparation of data, data cleansing and data input for the development of the new systems, ensuring data is accurate, secure, and maintained. HR Project Coordinator - You:

What you will bring: Experience of working in a HR environment Experience of developing administration systems and processes that improve efficiency and effectiveness Strong planning and organising skills with the ability to work to tight deadlines Thorough knowledge of MS Office particularly Excel with the ability to prepare, merge and cleanse data. Experience of implementing new HR/Payroll systems and/or experience of project coordination/support is desirable. HR Project Coordinator - Benefits:
