£35,000 - £38,000 per annum
Tide Partnership is excited to be working with a leading national charity to hire a new HR Project Lead. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join an organisation committed to enhancing its people experience while maintaining a high level of employee and volunteer engagement.
Job responsibilities include
(but are not limited to):
Providing effective project management across the organisation, ensuring work is delivered on time, making sure staff are brought along on the journey. Influence and support stakeholders throughout change implementation, offering assistance as needed. Ensure change projects are delivered with a focus on people experience and minimal disruption to business operations. Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to ensure the effective delivery and implementation of change programmes, minimising the risk of complaints or legal challenges and ensuring alignment with project objectives and deliverables. Provide accurate and timely reporting on project progress and information to support decision-making, risk mitigation, and successful project delivery. Benefits include:
