Role overview: Key Objectives: To provide full support in our recruitment and onboarding endeavours. Liaising with recruitment agencies and direct applications. Schedule interviews and calendars for all hiring teams and candidates. Maintain candidate database. Assist with new hire onboarding including preparing offer letters and contracts of employment. Assist with preparation of induction plans for all new starters. Process background checks. Setting up of new hires onto RHRHR system. Resolve issues as quickly as possible (e.g., interview cancellations). Prepare and post job ads online. Execute targeted campaigns as part of our direct outreach to prospective candidates. Assist with attending career fairs. Assist with carrying out pre-screening calls for trainee roles. To understand the HR strategy and provide administration support for the delivery of HR goals. Support the development of consistent work practices across the Firm. Provide administration support to help the HR Team to deliver Firm initiatives. To act as a role model and encourage a positive culture around the Firm’s values. Proactively learn and build an awareness and knowledge of external HR developments and changes in legislation to assist the more experienced members of the team in providing suitable interpretation and documentation to key stakeholders across the Firm. Provide administration support for the delivery of effective recruitment, welfare, and motivation of people in line with the Firm’s culture, values, and strategy. Liaise with external HR resources and third-party providers. Administration support for our people development solutions to include onboarding, continuing professional development, and industry qualifications. Maintain effective HR systems and records through the Firm’s HR system. Provide administration assistance for the compilation of accurate and timely communication to our people with employment lifecycle updates such as, but not limited to, changes in terms of contract, remuneration, flexible working, etc. Provide informal liaison support for employees and managers whilst encouraging best practice. Provide general HR administrative support where required. To have a collaborative approach with your department and the rest of the Firm. A high level of professionalism to deliver client service excellence. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering outstanding client care.
