HR & Recruitment Advisor

to join our esteemed HR team. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a growing business based in the Lancaster area. The successful applicant will be offered a full-time, permanent position as part of our HR team. Key tasks will include: Managing the end-to-end cycle of the candidate's journey into their new role, from welcoming them on day one to providing them with the skills and confidence to acquire their desired role. Working with the team to actively contribute to achieving company objectives through effective collaboration. Liaising with hiring managers to gain insight into their needs and how you can help provide resources to meet these needs. Utilising effective recruitment methods with resources such as LinkedIn, online job boards, and building productive relationships with clients. What qualities the successful applicant will possess: Strong interpersonal skills and able to build confidence in candidates through effective coaching. Professional attitude and manner when approaching clients and thorough knowledge of the framework around recruitment. Competency with Microsoft Office and computer literate. What qualifications and experience should the successful applicant possess: Recruiting experience of 1 year minimum. HR advisory experience of one year minimum. What we are offering: Permanent full-time position of 37.5 hours a week. On-site parking.
