Job Summary
We are seeking a knowledgeable and proactive HR Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in human resources and demonstrate expertise in various HR systems and tools. This role involves providing strategic HR guidance, enhancing organisational effectiveness, and fostering positive relationships with clients. The HR Consultant will play a key role in implementing HR initiatives that align with business objectives.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with clients to assess their HR needs and develop tailored solutions.
Utilise HRIS systems such as Salesforce, Taleo, PeopleSoft, and Workday to streamline processes.
Manage recruitment processes through Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Conduct lead generation activities to expand the client base and enhance service offerings.
Provide expert advice on relationship management and employee engagement strategies.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to facilitate smooth HR operations.
Oversee social media management for employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
Analyse HR metrics to identify trends and recommend improvements.
Experience
Proven experience in an HR consulting role or similar position is essential.
Familiarity with various HRIS platforms including Salesforce, Taleo, PeopleSoft, Workday, and ATS is highly desirable.
Strong skills in relationship management and effective communication are crucial for success in this role.
Experience in lead generation and social media management will be an advantage.
A solid understanding of employment law and best practices within the HR field is preferred.
