The HR Reporting Administrator will play a crucial role in driving data-driven decision-making within the HR function. This position will be responsible for collecting, cleaning, analysing, and interpreting HR data to identify trends, patterns, and insights. Supporting the HR Reporting and Analytics lead, this role will primarily ensure the monthly delivery of the EOC (Employer of Choice) report, which is distributed across the global group including the most senior level, collating source data from systems and manual feeds to create reporting of critical HR KPIs to include: Retention, Absence, TA/Recruitment, Engagement, Diversity, and Headcount. Alongside this regular reporting schedule, you will need to manage year-end, corporate compliance reporting, and ad hoc data requests. This will require key global stakeholder management, time management, influence, relationship building, and prioritisation skills. The successful candidate will collaborate with HR teams to understand their data needs, develop data solutions, and provide actionable recommendations. Main Tasks:

Data Collection and Cleaning: Collect existing data from various sources, in various formats and with varying degrees of alignment & accuracy.

Use your skills, experience, and technology to validate, cleanse and align the collected data, taking steps to ensure an efficient process in case of repetition. Data Analysis: Use statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and correlations in relation to core HR KPIs, utilising data mining techniques to provide insight beyond the obvious. Help develop predictive models, assist in efforts to increase the utilisation of workforce planning & explore further the use of data fusion tools & AI in the role of People Analytics. Data Visualization: Create clear, compelling, and concise data visualisations (e.g., charts, graphs, dashboards) to communicate findings effectively and help less data literate colleagues navigate regular KPIs and potentially complex ad-hoc analysis. Reporting: Support reporting processes with structured, precise reports utilising Workday, aiming to become the ‘go-to’ person for People Data reporting within the team. Fully utilise new & existing reports to provide data-driven insights to support strategic HR initiatives. Collaboration: Work cross-functionally alongside other subject matter experts to understand their data needs and provide tailored solutions that meet or extend beyond their requirements. Collaborate closely with our HRIS & IT teams along with other departments to ensure data integrity, accessibility and help inform & evolve our global data architecture & governance. Requirements: Experience of working within a People/HR or Business Intelligence function, with exposure to People Data is a must.

Experience in a Data-Driven Organization, working in a culture that values data-driven decision-making.

Experience in Data Analysis and Reporting, creating insightful reports and dashboards.

Experience in working collaboratively to overcome obstacles relating to complex data, stakeholders or technology processes.
