Competitive, plus car allowance, bonus, and benefits Key Responsibilities: Deliver accurate HR metrics, dashboards, and reports. Handle complex HR/people data reporting, dashboards, and templates. Provide strategic HR support to align HR practices with business goals. Key Accountabilities: Drive High Performance:

Ensure cinema and area managers can consistently meet performance standards, deliver training, and manage performance reviews. HR Operational Excellence:

Act as a business partner for area managers, implement group HR initiatives, and manage virtual teams. Talent Management:

Use talent management tools to create visibility of capabilities, drive succession plans, and support area managers in creating talent pools. Engagement and Alignment:

Propose reward and recognition programmes, implement incentive plans, and improve engagement. Business Improvement:

Lead HR projects related to cinema operations, ensure optimal structures and headcount, and support new cinema openings and closures. About You: Experience:

Senior HR generalist role, multi-site business operations, managing change, and using people metrics. Skills:

Commercial acumen, influencing, communication, facilitation, prioritisation, problem-solving, project management, numeracy, and IT literacy. Personal Behaviours:
