An initial 6 month contract with possibility of extension! Position Overview: We are looking for an HR Specialist in Rewards to join our Human Resources team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and results-driven individual passionate about compensation, benefits, and rewards management. The HR Specialist – Rewards will be integral in managing and enhancing compensation and benefits programs to ensure they are competitive, compliant, and aligned with organizational goals. The individual in this position will collaborate with HR, leadership, and business units to provide insights into compensation trends, design reward programs, and ensure the effective implementation of benefits initiatives. Your expertise will help the organization attract, retain, and motivate top talent globally. Key Responsibilities: Compensation Strategy and Planning:

Assist in developing and implementing competitive compensation structures, including base pay, bonuses, and incentive plans. Conduct market analysis and benchmarking activities to ensure pay equity and competitiveness. Benefits Administration:

Manage and oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, such as health, wellness, retirement, and other employee welfare benefits. Ensure the programs comply with relevant regulations and align with the organization's employee value proposition. Rewards Program Design and Evaluation:

Support the design, implementation, and evaluation of reward programs (e.g., recognition, long-term incentives, and other reward strategies). Work closely with HR business partners to ensure reward programs align with organizational culture and business objectives. Data Analysis and Reporting:

Analyze compensation and benefits data to provide insights for decision-making. Track trends in pay and benefits, and offer recommendations based on market data, employee feedback, and business needs. Compliance and Governance:

Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal policies related to compensation and benefits. Stay updated on relevant legislation and market practices. Employee Communications:

Support internal communications regarding compensation, benefits, and rewards initiatives. Help create clear, engaging materials to educate employees on available programs and policies. Project Management:

Lead or assist with projects related to compensation and benefits, including system upgrades, program changes, and new program launches. Ensure timely execution and successful delivery of initiatives. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Need to have experience working in the pharmaceutical industry! Minimum of 3 years of experience in compensation, benefits, or rewards management. Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits practices, including market trends, pay structures, and employee benefits legislation. Proficiency in HRIS and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, etc.). Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Knowledge of HR systems and experience managing benefits platforms is a plus. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality. Preferred Skills: Experience working in a global organization and understanding international compensation and benefits trends.
