HR Systems Analyst BirminghamUp to £50K + Benefits We're hiring an HR Systems Analyst to join a Group HR Systems team, supporting the day-to-day maintenance, development, and reporting of integrated HR and payroll systems across a multi-national business. Key Responsibilities: Maintain, develop, and support HR systems, ensuring security, data integrity, and compliance with GDPR and company policies. Support system upgrades, enhancements, and implementation of new modules across the business. Develop and maintain system structures, workflows, security, and access controls to meet business needs. Troubleshoot system issues, resolve user queries, and escalate technical problems to providers where necessary. Provide system administration, including data uploads, cleansing, integrity checks, and workflow design. Conduct user training, develop system documentation, and improve reporting tools. Act as a subject matter expert, supporting the HR and Payroll teams in using HRIS reporting tools. Assist in delivering governance reporting for people-related data. Support the research and implementation of new technologies to enhance HR system capabilities. What We're Looking For: Experience with HR systems (PeopleXD preferred) and data management. Background in supporting critical business systems and users. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate risks. Ability to handle multiple priorities under tight deadlines. Excellent interpersonal skills, with the confidence to work across all levels of the business. Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Self-motivated, proactive, and team oriented.
