We are looking for an exceptional individual to become our HR Systems Analyst, working within our HR Systems Support team in Warwickshire. We are recruiting for an experienced, hands-on HR Systems Analyst to work closely with the HR Systems team and its customers. You will help design, implement, and support high-quality, customer-focused, technical solutions that exceed our customer's expectations. A strong understanding of business analysis processes, the ITIL framework, and delivery changing to customers would be very beneficial. We are looking for someone who will create, influence, and support an environment of innovation and continual improvement. Someone who wants to drive forward both themselves and the team through both personal development and customer delivery. Key Requirements

Working with the team and its customers to build development pipelines and delivery/release schedules. Work to develop best practices and development standards, ensuring that they are adhered to, measuring team progress, and working on improvements. Working with the Team Lead to improve practices for both the customer and the HR Systems teams.
