This is a hybrid role based out of Royal Mail Sheffield, Pond Street, S98 6HR.

Do you have experience of working with HR Systems providing technical support and advice to all levels? Have you got demonstrable experience managing change? If so, we would love to hear from you. We are looking for a HR Systems Analyst to join the HR Systems Support Team.

About The Role Reporting to the Senior Pay SME Manager, you will ensure the continuing performance and maintenance of the HR Systems (SAP) and act as the interface between the customer and third-party suppliers.

You Will Also

Manage system change through the development lifecycle and execute test activity for all systems changes.

Liaise with stakeholders ensuring problems are addressed in the most effective manner and minimisation of repeat issues.

Act as the subject matter expert in relation to business process redesign, system development, and system optimisation.

Provide proactive technical support to customers around SAP Workflow and Interfaces (inbound and outbound).

Work proactively with the business to capture and document business requirements in a clear and concise fashion.

Lead and support the facilitation of business workshops to develop and convert problem statements into clear business requirements.

Ensure team Service Level Agreements are met in relation to incident resolution.

About You To truly excel in this role, you will possess, and be able to evidence, the skills and experience listed below:

Strong understanding of HR systems and developing that system.

Stakeholder and supplier management at various levels to effectively negotiate and influence individuals and teams.

Solid verbal and written communication skills to explain complex concepts to non-technical people.

Technical background with ability to lead change.

Developed leadership and project management skills to drive the completion of projects.

Good organisational skills and track record of delivering to tight deadlines.
