What we offer: We’re looking to offer a salary of £30,000 – £35,000 for this role and are open to candidates of various levels. In addition, we offer 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays) with an additional day off for your birthday.

Key responsibilities: Day-to-day you will administer and maintain HR systems, ensuring their performance, accuracy, and smooth functionality, while troubleshooting any technical issues. You will manage the onboarding process for new acquisitions, including data mapping, integration, and ensuring seamless compatibility, this will help to facilitate our growth plan. A part of your role will be to configure and manage the Learning Management System (Kallidus), ensuring employee development needs are met effectively. Conducting in-depth data analysis, you’ll be generating reports to provide insights and inform HR strategies at management level. Experience required: Ideally, you’ll have strong experience with HR systems, particularly NHR/Moorepay, including system administration and user support. If you have advanced analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, present insights, and support strategic HR initiatives that would be a strong advantage. You’ll have proven ability to manage complex onboarding processes, ensuring data accuracy and seamless integration. It’s important to us that you have excellent communication skills to train, support, and guide users, coupled with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
