Systems and Data Officer

where you’ll play a key role in ensuring the efficient implementation of a new HR Information System (HRIS) that will transform how we manage our people processes. This will be a unique opportunity to shape the future of our HR operations by establishing efficient workflows, ensuring data migration accuracy, improving data management, developing a suite of valuable HR metrics tailored to the needs of the Trust, creating user guides and training our team on the new system. This role is a fixed term contract until October 2025. Our days are fast-paced, often challenging, but always rewarding. Collectively as a team we provide a first-class, professional and efficient service to all the schools in the Trust whilst supporting and underpinning the Trust values of transforming children’s futures, empowering families, and strengthening communities. As the HR Systems and Data Officer, you will also have the opportunity to develop your employee relations knowledge, supporting the team with ER cases, if you desire. The ideal candidate will...
