HR Systems and Process Administrator - In this role, you will play a pivotal part in maintaining and analysing HR data, ensuring compliance, and providing essential support across all aspects of people admin, especially data, reporting, and systems. What you will contribute Day-to-day you will administer and maintain HR systems (UKG), ensuring their performance, accuracy, and smooth functionality, while troubleshooting any technical issues. A part of your role will be to configure and manage the Learning Management System (UKG/Schoox), ensuring employee development needs are met effectively. Generating reports and managing dashboards to provide insights and inform HR strategies at management level. Assist with HR and Generalist Administration as well as coordinating all central administration relating to the recruitment and selection Act as point of contact for all HRIS queries, providing support/Training as required. Maintain and audit HR Systems to ensure accurate data and records Investigate root causes in data discrepancies Complete annual data updates to systems and assist with testing during development/build to ensure quality HRIS-related changes. What you will bring Experience within a similar role is essential, you’ll have strong experience with HR systems, ideally with UKG/Schoox, including system administration and user support. Strong Excel skills with attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work with extensive data sets to identify trends and ensure a high-quality output An understanding of HR policies and procedures Excellent communication skills and a proven team work ethic Strong presenting ability.
