HR Systems Specialist We're currently recruiting for a HR Systems Specialist to join our HR Shared Services Team. This role will have responsibility for analysing business requirements, creating test scenarios and scripts, and executing User Acceptance testing (UAT). Location : Rushden, Northamptonshire, with occasional travel to the office required (once a week) Hours : 37.5 hours per week – some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us Contract : Permanent, full-time and able to consider part-time opportunities Responsibilities As a HR Systems Specialist, your day-to-day responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: Supporting the HR Shared Service Centre and business with oracle queries, participating in requirements gathering sessions and carrying out user acceptance testing of all HR systems across Kier. Responsibility for establishing great relationships with both internal and external stakeholders which develop the reputation and credibility of the HR Systems team and wider shared service. Acting as a point of contact for HR Systems queries, and work with other team members to resolve any problems. Ensuring all HR Systems documentation and processes are kept up to date and regularly reviewed to ensure they are fit for purpose i.e., local work instructions, process maps etc. Ensuring all HR/Payroll functionality is tested prior to any release to the live system. What are we looking for? This role of HR Systems Specialist is great for you if you have: Experience of utilising HRIS systems, Oracle packages such as Oracle Service Cloud and Oracle EBS would be advantageous. Fully proficient in Office 365 with Advanced Excel skills. Experience in producing clear requirements documentation and associated plans for testing. Experience creating process maps and local work instructions to ensure processes followed are documented. Ability to communicate clear messages and translate complex and technical concepts into simple interpretation for an audience who are non-technical.
