Ashley Kate is recruiting for an HR Team Leader to join a small, dynamic team in Hemel Hempstead on a fixed-term contract of 6 months, with a competitive salary of circa £45,000.
This role offers the flexibility of hybrid working arrangements, with occasional travel to the local office in Reading.
As the HR Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in delivering comprehensive HR services across the business. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR, including: Recruitment Remuneration Benefits Employee Relations Performance Management Employee Engagement Payroll
Your leadership will be crucial in guiding the HR team through the transactional day-to-day operations, ensuring the smooth running of HR functions.
We are seeking candidates who can demonstrate a strong understanding of UK Employment Law and possess experience managing a small, dedicated team. The ideal candidate will be immediately available and ready to step into this engaging and varied role.
