Role This role is to support our HR transformation journey to leverage Workday capabilities, extend the functionality available to the international population, drive our digital journey and enhance our employee experience. The role will report into the HR Technology Lead, International and will assist in being a functional conduit across the regions and countries in supporting new configuration and maintenance lifecycle for our international operations. The role will also support implementation and ongoing activities in respect of all HR systems deployed across International. Key Responsibilities The main tasks and responsibilities of this job are as follows: Workday Develop a thorough understanding of the Workday business processes across all the key product areas (HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Talent and Performance) noting any regional or country differences for the 7x International countries that the role supports.

Identify and research issues/system defects (with/without guidance) and formulate recommendations to the HR Technology Lead.

Be the first point of contact for International HR for any new Workday configuration requests.

Create test scenarios and coordinate testing and acceptance.

Carry out user testing on behalf of Japan, South Korea, Poland, Saudi Arabia and the UAE and gain HR acceptance and approval.

Support the development of competence and capability within the local HR teams in relation to Workday.

Proactively drive process improvement and new functionality.

Maintain International master inventories for Workday documentation and data fields.

Maintain International Workday Quick Reference Guides and share updates with local HR teams as appropriate.

Work with the Change Management team to ensure Workday Knowledge Articles for International are readily available and ensure existing articles remain fit for purpose.

Manage the annual recertification of assigned Workday security roles.

Support the implementation of additional Workday modules, changes and features across International.

Support the deployment of Workday to additional countries/entities.

Coordinate updates to data privacy notices with support from the Privacy office and International HR.

Ensure that compliance requirements, including privacy, are maintained.

Escalate issues as appropriate to the HR Technology Lead, International.

This is not a Workday configuration role. Other HR Technology Support current and any upcoming HR technology implementations as required.

Undertake any other reasonable tasks as requested.

Person Specification To fulfil the requirements of this job, the post-holder must have the following skills and behaviours: Skills: Proven experience in Workday Core HR is essential, whilst having knowledge of other modules such as Compensation, Recruiting, Talent and Performance would be an advantage.

The experience and knowledge to be able to pick up high-level requirements and clearly document them to hand off to the configuration team.

Excellent understanding of HR processes and data management.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong attention to detail.

Strong verbal and written communication skills – excellent listening capability.

Proficient at multi-tasking, understanding priorities, working under pressure and to tight deadlines.

Behaviours: Well organised.

Patient, understanding and love a challenge.

Proactive and full of ideas.

Self-motivated, able to work autonomously and collaboratively across teams.

Other: Flexibility on where the role will be based within the UK.
