About Our Opportunity “Vero Tech” is one of the eight core people services we provide as part of our HR outsourcing service. On one of our preferred systems alone, we have over 7,500 users we support, configured across 46 countries by us. Due to the expansion of demand for our Vero Tech services, we are now looking for an additional team member to join our Vero Tech team. What we are not looking for is a coder/developer. This is a role which involves configuring cloud-based HR software solutions rather than writing software and therefore is likely to be attractive to someone either working in HR admin who is using HR software on a daily basis, possibly with admin/super user rights or who is already working in a similar role, looking to broaden their experience of different cloud-based systems. Key Responsibilities Assisting with and leading new client system implementations, including configuring platforms and delivering user training. Supporting existing clients with troubleshooting, system enhancements, and general guidance. Collaborating with system providers to explore new modules and drive product development. Working alongside internal teams to ensure systems meet their needs and supporting day-to-day operations. Managing project updates using project management tools and contributing to both internal and client-facing meetings including user training. Who We Are Looking For: With a friendly, approachable style you will have: A background in HR or a related field, with hands-on experience using HR systems and software. Strong technical skills, including familiarity with cloud-based systems possibly supporting API integrations A client-focused approach, with excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt to different situations and cultures. Attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and a methodical approach to project work. Flexibility and professionalism, with the ability to occasionally work outside regular hours if needed.
