You'll provide hands-on HR support, partner with key stakeholders, deliver HR training both online and in person, and contribute to strategic HR projects. This role also involves managing high-profile change initiatives and ensuring compliance with employment legislation. Key Responsibilities:

Deliver in-person and e-learning training on employee relations topics. Support complex ER cases, ensuring processes are followed efficiently. Drive HR initiatives, from colleague engagement to workforce planning. Provide bespoke HR support for contracts and advise on legislative updates. Act as a role model, championing our values and promoting fairness. Requirements:

CIPD Level 5 (or willingness to achieve it) Proven experience in complex ER advisory roles, HR training, and TUPE processes Stakeholder management in fast-paced environments Skills in gap analysis and training design We are veteran-friendly and eager to hear from those who have served.
