What you'll do: Provide HR advice to Site Manager and their management teams. Partner with Site Manager and act as first point of contact for all people related matters. Work closely with Site Manager to ensure survey action plans are created and delivered. Ensure development of individuals identified and delivered in conjunction with L&D team. Support L&D team in delivery of PDP’s for all Managers. Work closely with Occupational Health to effectively manage long term sickness cases. Ensure organisational structures are aligned, up to date and support business goals. Effectively manage the implementation of Group initiatives and priorities. Delivery of projects in line with legal obligations and company values.
