VANRATH is partnering with one of Northern Ireland's most well-known organisations, located in East Belfast, seeking a HR Business Partner, on a full-time permanent basis. The Role The role reports to the Head of HR and will provide an exceptional support service to managers, employees and stakeholders within the Human Resources and Corporate Responsibility arena by adding value, delivering best practice and implementing the People and CR plan. You will be part of a team leading on, and driving a values driven culture, where people and community are at the heart of the Business. The ideal candidate will have a sound HR Generalist background with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, while ensuring the maintenance of compliant processes and systems. The Person At least 3 year's experience in a Generalist HR role. CIPD qualified. Third level qualification in a relevant discipline. Proven experience to operate in a pressurised environment, requiring discretion, tact, diplomacy and judgement when dealing with internal and external stakeholders. Demonstratable experience of dealing with highly confidential information and ability to communicate complex information clearly. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), with an ability to build effective working relationships and to engage with people at all levels, internally and externally. Advanced experience in use of Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. What's in it for you?
