An opportunity has become available for an HR/Finance Manager position to set up a small HR division within an ambitious Engineering Consultancy near Waterloo.
As the HR/Finance Manager, you will be the first of your kind to be brought into the business of 85, with a growth plan to double headcount.
You will work closely with the founding directors to assist in the ambitious strategic growth plan over the next 5 years.
You will be situated within a vibrant office, assisting on all HR matters, client relations, finance control, implementing new processes, and administering a company healthcare system.
This is an evolving HR/Finance Manager position with an opportunity to develop in multiple areas aligning to the candidate's aspirations.
