The HRIS Manager is a very niche, permanent opportunity where experience of managing Cornerstone system is essential.
The successful HRIS Manager can be fully remote, and will play a critical role in system development, implementation, testing and roll out. Anticipating and resolving complex issues and challenges to ensure the effective integration of all systems is crucial.
The Role
Lead the development and implementation of HR information strategy, anticipating complex issues to ensure integration with the wider HR/Business strategy
Manage internal and external resource to meet HR systems development priorities, delivery to time, quality and budget constraints
Develop policy and procedures for how the business stores, accesses, analysist and reports on people data, ensuring compliance with HR policy, data protection and confidentiality regulations and best practice
Identify requirements for HR Information Systems, framework and tools to meet business need. Specify the design and manage development and implementation of system changes and enhancements to ensure best value from system functionality, excellent user experience and continuous process improvement
Provide advice on interpretation, access and use of people data, dashboards and systems
The Person
Educated to Degree/Post-graduate Degree level
Experience of managing Cornerstone system is essential
Experience in creating SOPs and Training guides
Experience with E-Days would be advantageous
Excellent communication and influencing skills, energised, driven and a results focused
Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills
