is delighted to work with a Leading Global Professional Services firm that is hugely successful in their industry. We are keen to hear from HR Systems Specialist specifically with SuccessFactors experience.

The Systems Specialist will be an expert in SuccessFactors and play a crucial role in maintaining and supporting the HRIS. In your new role, you will: Contribute significantly to optimising implemented modules such as Employee Central, Benefits, and Compensation. Recommend and configure changes to enhance the use of SuccessFactors, evaluate areas for improvement, and manage configuration changes. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and integrity globally, liaise with technology teams for integrations, and participate in testing configuration changes. Manage documentation, handle Tier 2 support cases, review system releases, communicate changes to end-users, and maintain security controls. Other duties may be assigned as needed. Required skills and experience include: BS degree in HR or Information Management. Proficiency with SuccessFactors. Extensive HR systems reporting and project management experience. Strong analytical skills. Proficiency in MS Excel. Knowledge of HR administration principles. Ability to handle confidential information with maturity. Highly organised, service-oriented, proactive in problem-solving, and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively. The Ideal Candidate will have: Bachelor’s degree in HR or Information Management or equivalent experience in managing HR systems. Mandatory proficiency in SuccessFactors. Extensive experience in HR systems reporting, process management, and project management. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills. Advanced skills in data mining, manipulation, and analysis. Proficiency in MS Excel, including formulas, functions, pivot tables, and charts. Knowledge of human resource administration principles and practices. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Ability to handle confidential information with maturity. Service-oriented attitude with a focus on issue resolution. Proactive approach in identifying and solving potential challenges.
