Role Summary Responsible for the configuration and maintenance of the HRIS platform to align with organisational requirements. Serves as a key business partner with knowledge of HR processes to deliver functional requirements and design improved business processes. Provides technical support and training to end users and ensure the efficient running of all HRIS related business processes. Responsibilities

Skilled in configuring HRIS systems (Workday) for maximum efficiency and continuous improvement. Execution of HRIS projects and integrations, ensuring solid design and successful implementation through rigorous testing and impact analysis. Resolve technical issues promptly, supporting end-users and facilitating seamless business processes. Develop and maintain interfaces with other applications to enhance data flow, seeking opportunities for automation in process flow and data management. Act as Security SME for Workday, managing user access and conducting security audits to ensure compliance with GDPR and other data privacy laws. Perform data audits and implement validation rules to streamline existing business processes. Manage third-party payroll connectors, mass uploads (EIBs), integrations and studio integrations while supporting full lifecycle upgrades and enhancements. Collaborate with HR stakeholders to thoroughly understand reporting requirements to create insightful custom reports, including the use of advanced calculated fields to support strategic decision making that will drive impactful business outcomes. Create and maintain training materials, conducting sessions for internal stakeholders to improve system usage and build HRIS competency across teams. Engage with the HRIS community, HRIS support partners and pursue self-study to stay current with industry trends, system enhancements and best practices. Delegation of authority for HRIS and BA Manager when necessary. Qualifications and Experience

College degree in Business / Human Resources / Information Technology field preferred Workday Certified (HCM) preferred Advanced knowledge of Workday HCM essential. Experience with one or more additional modules preferable (Security, Payroll, Recruitment or Compensation). In-depth knowledge of HR processes and workflows. Experience with systems integration methodologies (API’s). Good working knowledge of Office 365 suite. Ability to communicate with all levels of staff. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
