Job Summary The HR Technology Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of HR technology projects. This role involves managing cross-functional teams, developing project plans, partnering with the functional project lead, and ensuring that technology solutions meet the needs of the HR department and the broader organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR technology, project management, and stakeholder engagement. Key Responsibilities Project Management: Lead HR technology projects from initiation through completion, including defining project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables. Develop and manage project plans, technology resources, and schedules to ensure timely and successful delivery. Provide administrative support related to the overall management of the program. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with HR, IT, and other business units to gather requirements, define project goals, and ensure alignment with organizational objectives. Facilitate communication and manage expectations among stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Communicate and coordinate with internal stakeholders; track and report on project progress and issues; ensure project quality, compliance, and alignment with organizational standards and goals. Technology Implementation: Oversee the implementation of HR systems and tools. Ensure that systems are configured to meet business requirements and integrate seamlessly with existing systems. Prepare project status reports, RAID logs, etc. Change Management: Develop and execute change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of new technologies. Provide training and support to HR teams and end-users, and address any issues or concerns related to technology changes. Vendor Management: Manage relationships with technology vendors and consultants. Ensure that service levels and deliverables meet project requirements. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks and issues. Develop contingency plans and ensure that project goals are achieved within scope, time, and budget constraints. Additional responsibilities will be assigned as per project needs. There may be 25% travel during peak implementation times. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT Business administration, or a related field or equivalent work experience. Experience in project management with a focus on HR technology, payroll, or related systems. Proven experience in managing HR technology implementations. Nice to have Additional language skills a plus.
