We have a new opportunity to be part of our Health & Safety team in the role of H&S Compliance Officer. Responsibilities:

Responsible for organisation of workplace occupational hygiene monitoring and ownership of subsequent actions. Manage the Fire Protection Plan and Fire Risk Assessment process. Liaise with insurance provider (e.g. with impairment notifications) and facilitates statutory inspections. Carry out and support departments with COSHH Risk Assessments and lead on implementation of any required control measures. Aid in the construction and implementation of safe systems of work with departmental stakeholders. Work closely with Maintenance and Facilities on compliance topics (such as Legionella, LOTO, Technical Files and Declarations of Conformity). Support DSE compliance by providing support to DSE risk assessment process. Develop and enhance Fire Evacuation procedures and the communication of these, including conducting PEEPs. Maintain Training Records and arrange necessary training. Provide H&S compliance support and guidance to Trackside & Events teams. Support the development and issue of relevant Contractor Permits to Work. Confidently deliver Health & Safety inductions. Skills & Knowledge Required:

Be enthusiastic and versatile and be able to build, develop and maintain good working relationships across the entire business. Ability to demonstrate a clear understanding of and commitment to Health & Safety. NEBOSH Diploma, or relevant degree equivalent. ISO 45001 Auditor. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook) and Teams. Experience of using relevant online software (such as for contractor management, COSHH risk assessment and Incident Management). Previous experience in motorsport (or similar) manufacturing environments. Knowledge and experience of compliance with relevant UK Legislation (such as the ‘Six Pack’, Fire Safety, CDM and COSHH).
