Proven experience in
Health and Safety management , ideally with 5+ years in a COMAH site, chemical manufacturing, or defence sector. Other sectors can be considered. Strong leadership skills with the ability to engage and influence at all levels. A professional qualification such as
NEBOSH
or
IOSH
is highly desirable. In-depth knowledge of
COMAH regulations
preferred. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. A bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field would be advantageous as well as relevant health and safety legislation knowledge. Preferred Backgrounds:

safety culture
and engaging with employees at all levels. Conducting audits, reporting to senior management, and driving continuous improvement.
