Responsibilities: Follow-up any site incidents at work or occupational diseases upon occurrence. Assist site management with the initial investigation of all site incidents and prepare suitable investigation reports using standard company forms. Prepare remedial reports as a result of any incidents in the site. Identify and analyze hazards and contribute to the identification and evaluation of risk reduction measures, ensuring that these are adequately documented and managed. Provide trainings to all employees based on the risk analysis made, and to keep records. Prepare Health and Safety observation reports and submit it to Site HSE Manager. Work closely with managers to complete corrective actions, carry out improvements and audit results. Involve and monitor daily task briefings. Monitor the compliance to site specific work permits. Work closely with colleagues at all levels to ensure compliance with relevant UK legislation, regulations, and standards. Qualifications: HSE qualifications such as NEBOSH / IOSH or equivalent. Having CSCS card. Proven experience with all current Health and Safety legislation. Stakeholder management and excellent communication / interpersonal skills. Holding valid first aid certificate will be preferable. Availability to work Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
