About the role: Proactively support line management, in meeting their HSE responsibilities with technical, organizational, and procedural advice, and country/ region-specific legislative compliance, within the area of responsibility Development and promotion of We Care and an excellent culture of care across Offshore operational and contract teams, within the area of responsibility Develop the team, within the area of responsibility, of HSE professionals and specialists external HSE experts in Offshore operations Liaising and driving lessons learned with initiatives together with HSE counterparts Planning, steering, and follow-up of all Offshore HSE measures in coordination with the Head of HSE Offshore Operations and the Team Lead HSE Offshore Operations, Continental Europe Support the development and implementation of the HSE management system, safe systems of work procedures, and other risk control measures within the area of responsibility Responsible for data analysis, targeted campaigns, programs, and initiatives within Offshore Operations in the UK Risk identification and mitigation, conducting and supporting incident investigations and root cause analysis within the area of responsibility Support effective contractor engagement to ensure high HSE standards when contractors conduct work within the area of responsibility Representing RWE RES at relevant external Offshore Wind forums and associations as required Job requirements and experience: Hold a NEBOSH Certificate, ideally working towards a NEBOSH Diploma Hold a IEMA Foundation Certificate in Environmental Management Experience in leading teams Ability to build effective working relationships with stakeholders at all levels through verbal and written communication including advanced listening skills Have a lead of been involved with HSE leadership training Experience in behavioural safety techniques and delivering behavioural safety training would be desirable Good health, with general all round fitness to work in an offshore environment is a requirement for the role Expertise in offshore lifting, handling, and loading out of heavy components and tools Experience in managing JUV campaigns
