Are you an experienced HSE Manager with a background in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? If so, I’d love to hear from you! You will work for an FMCG giant with a full portfolio of well-known, great-tasting products. With a current turnover of over £1 billion, they are taking the market by storm and have achieved amazing YoY growth over the past 3 years! As HSE Manager, You Will:
Align the HSE strategy to the overall business strategy Manage the internal audit programme and demonstrate HSE system compliance, in line with external requirements Encourage a safety culture and develop plans to achieve this Liaise with other key departments to ensure the organisation has the right capability to meet HSE requirements Assist departments in creating safe systems of work through risk assessments Lead and assemble the HSE strategy to ensure legal and other requirements are maintained to enable external audit and accreditation To Be HSE Manager, You Will Need:
